Hello! My name is Sofia Lopez. A visual designer passionate about creating memorable & efficient user experiences.

Growing up I was always fascinated by art & fiction. It was when I grew older, I began to realize I was interested in so many creative paths that I decided to major in architectural studies since I perceived it as quite a versatile design degree. Upon graduating, I decided to take a year and a summer off to live life a little slower while figuring out what design path I wanted to journey into which is when I discovered user experience! I looked into many programs, signed up for a certificate course and began my journey into ux!

In terms of my personal life, I’ll admit I’m a bit of a homebody. My free time consists of improving my drawing capabilities, immersed in my pc or cocooned on my bed reading some sort of fictional story.

Why transition into UX? …I guess the idea of working alongside others to solve a problem in a creative manner with the intention of providing a meaningful experience for users seemed…fulfilling.
